Being IT illiterate, but positive none the less, I am positively confident that this Blog may work! I am also now extremely confident that I have created two, yes, two Blogs. No, this is not greed, it is purely the result of someone who is less skilled in the world of IT...quite frankly my dear....

I decided to add a blog to my website, purely for the opportunity to share my daily thoughts, questions, personal insight and knowledge with complete strangers. This is what I do for a living as a Health and Well being Life Coach, so I am just spreading the word. I am now spreading the word with two blogs.
